Now these might be by far THE HEALTHIEST chocolate BROWNIES you will ever try out!
preheat oven to 180°C
In a large mixing Bowl mix everything together:
- 230 grams buckwheat / oat flour
- 130 grams date syrup / agave
- 300-350 grams mashed up banana (3 large or 4 medium sized)
- 50-70 grams cacao powder
- 200 ml chocolate tea / plant based milk
- baking soda
- sprinkle of salt
- dash of cinnamon
Pour the batter into a pan that you previously covered with a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes.
