Vegan Chocolate Brownies

Now these might be by far THE HEALTHIEST chocolate BROWNIES you will ever try out!

preheat oven to 180°C

In a large mixing Bowl mix everything together:

  • 230 grams buckwheat / oat flour
  • 130 grams date syrup / agave
  • 300-350 grams mashed up banana (3 large or 4 medium sized)
  • 50-70 grams cacao powder
  • 200 ml chocolate tea / plant based milk
  • baking soda
  • sprinkle of salt
  • dash of cinnamon

Pour the batter into a pan that you previously covered with a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes.
